Personal information collected and use of this information
Booking Form/Contract Data - although it is not compulsory to give us this information. A paper booking form/contract is iniitialy used and carried by David Eason on the event/function day for timings, locations etc, then scanned and deposed off securely after your event. Digital booking data is also used to secure your bookings but stored only offline and on one password encrypted computer.
Names - we need to store this to identify you and others in the provision of our service. They will NOT be shared with anyone
Email - we’ll send emails to you about your booking. We never share your email with any other third parties.
IP Address - David Eason Photography has no use for collecting this information and so it is not collected.
Payment method - payment method details you provide (including name, email address and sometimes address) are not stored anywhere online or local by David Eason Photography. Employees if applicable do not have access to these details.
Booking history - we store a history of where and when you’ve booked us digitally only, not online and on encrypted, pass worded computers, and in the interest of your and our accounting purposes.
Phone number land line and mobile - we store this offline on a password encrypted computer. We may contact you via phone should there be any issues with your booking.
Reviews - if you choose to leave a review for us it may be viewed by the worlds public, used for marketing subject to you giving your consent to do so.
Messages - messages/texts/emails/letters you send to David Eason Photography about a booking are visible only to David Eason
Administering your booking - David Eason is the only person who administers your bookings. All data is password encrypted on one computer only.
Other use of this information
We may notify you of certain offers and new products, subject to you giving your consent to do so. You can opt-out of this use at any time by updating your preferences via text, letter or e-mail..
We may use this information in order to:
Make general improvements to our Service;
